Key Responsibilities:- Assemble timber pre-nail frames, trusses, and posis according to specifications- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently- Ensure production meets quality and safety standards- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:- Reliability and strong work ethic- Attention to detail with minimal mistakes- Previous experience in timber or factory work is highly valued- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Estimator/ Detailer
Trusstec is seeking experienced Estimators/Detailers who are accurate, efficient, and ready to take on the challenge of producing high-quality timber frame designs. If you have a strong eye for detail and the skills to work quickly without compromising quality, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate estimates and detailed timber frame designs for whole or partial houses- Work efficiently within the MiTek Sapphire Program- Ensure all designs comply with specifications and industry standards- Collaborate with the production team to deliver precise, build-ready documentation- Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting deadlines
What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in timber frame estimation and detailing- Skilled in using MiTek Sapphire software- Ability to work fast without sacrificing accuracy- Experience designing whole or partial house projects
Vehicle Operator
Trusstec is looking for dependable, skilled, and safety-conscious Forklift Operators and Truck Drivers to join our team. We need people who do things right the first time, work on schedule, and communicate effectively to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate forklifts or company trucks for loading, unloading, and transporting timber frames, trusses, and posis- Check work carefully to ensure accuracy and quality the first time- Follow schedules and complete tasks efficiently- Communicate effectively with team members and solve problems as they arise- Maintain vehicles and equipment in safe working order
What We’re Looking For:- Valid forklift licence (for forklift operators) or relevant truck licence (for drivers)- Proven experience in forklift operation or truck driving, preferably in timber or construction- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Existing warehouse experience
